Skype for Business?

Skype for Business (SfB. is a communication and cplaboration platform and software application that allows real-time communications, file sharing, and conferencing features. It is a cloud-based, enterprise voice and video communication platform for Microsoft Office 365.

Microsoft’s acquisition of Skype in 2011 allowed for integration of SfB with Microsoft Office 365 suite. There are now three major teams that focus on the development of Skype for Business. the Skype team, the Office team, and the Unified Communications (UC. team. The Skype team is responsible for delivering improvements to the product and its performance and for developing new features and business opportunities. The Office team works on integration and development of Skype for Business within Office 365 — such as integrating with Outlook — and ensuring that all of the features work smoothly together. The UC team is responsible for the integration of Skype with Cisco and Avaya business telephony systems.

Since Microsoft’s acquisition of Skype in 2011, SfB has been released as a software as a service (SaaS. with most companies using it as their main top for communication and cplaboration both internally and with their customers. SfB was originally compatible only with Windows operating systems, but software updates have since expanded it to Mac OS X, iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Windows RT and Xbox One.

Skype for Business offers a wide range of features including instant messaging, voice calling, screen sharing, video conferencing, online meetings and email integration across the user’s devices. In late 2015, Microsoft announced some changes to SfB that will simplify its licensing model as well as improve some of its capabilities. For example, those who wanted to use SfB for free were required to use an on-premises deployment of Exchange Server 2010 or 2013 or a Hybrid Exchange Server environment. However, after November 16th, 2015, users can now use a pure cloud-hosted deployment of Exchange Server 2013 or Exchange Online without being charged for SfB licenses. Another change invpves removing the requirement for a separate Lync Server license – these have been replaced by a single user license called “Standard User” which will be available at no additional charge.

Spotify?

Spotify is a digital music service that gives you access to millions of songs from your computer or phone. Spotify is currently active in 58 countries worldwide. Integration of Skype for Business and Spotify

Integration between Skype for Business (SfB. and Spotify (SPT. allows users to make calls through SPT using SfB contacts lists rather than SPT’s own contacts list. This integration makes it easier for users to call outside contacts using SPT because they don't have to manually import them into SPT contacts list. This integration also allows users to receive incoming calls from SPT contacts through SfB’s call transfer feature. Users just need to inform their SPT contacts that they can call them through their SfB accounts instead of their personal mobile numbers or land lines. Both parties just need to install SPT app on their devices or computers, then set up an account with SPT so they can start making calls using SfB contacts lists.

Another way to integrate SPT with SfB is by using SPT's "call via phone" feature where users can call other people using their mobile numbers or land line numbers using SPT. Once this feature is enabled on an account users can start calling people directly via SPT without first adding them into contacts lists. Once this feature is enabled by both parties it will automatically create an account link between SPT and SfB which means that when someone calls you via SPT you will see their names appear in your SfB contacts list. This information can also be transferred back to SPT since whenever someone calls you through SPT you would see the name of the caller appear in your SfB contact list as well as on your mobile device if you are using SPT’s “Call Via Phone” feature on it too. This way both parties' information will be saved into either account depending on which one initiated the call first or last respectively. Whenever this feature is enabled users can also see how many calls they have made through SPT during the specified time period along with how much money they have spent on making these calls depending on their subscription plan. When this information is displayed via SfB users also have the option to contact support directly through chat if they have questions about their account or want to report any problems they are having with calls being made via SPT. This integration makes it easy for users to call other people using SPT without having to manually type in their names from SPT contacts list into SfB contacts list every time they want to speak to someone via SPT. They just have to add them into their own SfB contacts list once the integration is established between both accounts and they will be able to call them from there without having to go through any extra steps. This is useful because it eliminates the need for remembering multiple contacts lists when calling people via different methods or services such as mobile phones or landlines. This integration makes it easier for users to communicate with each other by simplifying the process of having to remember multiple contacts lists when communicating with others via different methods or services such as mobile phones or landlines when they can just add anyone into their own SfB contacts list once the integration between both accounts is established without having to manually add them into specific contacts lists each time they want to address them in a different manner.
