The integration of Sina Weibo and Slack will allow Sina Weibo to be used as a data source for Slackbot. This would allow Slackbot to gain intelligence from Sina Weibo’s trending content which will enable Slackbot to send relevant information from Sina Weibo to the relevant Slack channel participants. This integration will also allow Slackbot to record all the activities taking place on Sina Weibo in order to analyze the sentiment behind the content which will further help Slackbot in sending out appropriate information to relevant participants in the Slack channel of interest to the user.
