For example. if a user opens a new issue on simplesat, a request is sent to Freshdesk via web API integration; this request is then handled by Freshdesk similar to any other request received by Freshdesk via ticketing system interface. Similarly, a request can be forwarded from Freshdesk to simplesat when a client wants to open a new account on simplesat or update his/her existing account details on simplesat. In this case, requests sent by clients will be handled by simplesat just like any other requests received on simplesat via web API integration. In addition to this, there could also be some custom scripts that could be created for integrating simplesat and Freshdesk together such as creating a button on simplesat’s dashboard for making requests to Freshdesk through web API integration and vice versa for creating a button on Freshdesk’s dashboard for making requests to simplesat through web API integration. This would help integrate both platforms together more efficiently without having to create custom code for each specific integration requirement. However, since this is a paid service, it would have to be discussed with both parties before integrating both systems together via web API integration.
