Shopify is a Canadian e-commerce company based in Ottawa, Ontario, with offices also located in Montreal and Toronto. The company develops e-commerce software for online stores and retail point-of-sale systems. Shopify has made it very easy for merchants to integrate with moosend to send automated messages to clients and prospects. There are only three steps invpved in the integration:
Add moosend's API key to your shopify store. Create a contact list. Send automated messages.
Step 1. Add moosend's API key to your shopify store
Before you can send automated messages on shopify, you need to add your moosend key to your Shopify store. You can do this by adding the fplowing code to a file in your theme fpder:

If you don't know where to find your shopify API key, click on the admin menu and select "Apps". Then navigate to "Shop Settings" -> "Integrations". Here you will see all your api keys listed. Copy the one marked as "Moosend". Save this into your code!
Step 2. Create a contact list
After you have added the api key, you should create a contact list in your moosend account. Navigate to "Contacts" -> "New Contact List". You can then create a contact list with contacts tagged as business or personal. This will be used later on when you send messages. Once the contact list has been created, click on "New Contact". Here you can add as many contacts as you like. Each contact can have multiple phone numbers, emails and social media profiles attached. When you are done adding contacts to your list, it is time to create a campaign! Look at Step 3 below for more information...

Now that you have added moosend's api key to your shopify store and created a contact list it is time to connect shopify with moosend. For this purpose there are two things you need to do:
