Shopify is a Canadian e-commerce company headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario, that develops computer software for online stores and retail point-of-sale systems. The company operates two primary brands. Shopify, an online e-commerce platform; and Shopify Plus, a platform for larger organizations. Shopify was founded in 2004 by Tobias Lütke, Daniel Weinand, and Scott Lake after attempting to open Snowdevil, an online store selling snowboarding equipment. The company launched its web-based software application in August 2006. In 2016, the company generated more than $1 billion in revenue. Shopify's platform provides merchants with online storefronts, payment processing, a curated selection of apps to help businesses operate, and point-of-sale systems to manage in-store credit card and cash payments. Merchants can use Shopify to design their storefronts using themes, with options for customization. The company also offers various apps for additional services, including accounting, shipping and delivery, and marketing. In 2015, the company launched an app store that featured over 1000 apps for small businesses. As of 2017, the company is valued at $2 billion and has over 600 employees.

JotForm?

JotForm is a software as a service (SaaS. company that provides online form creation and hosting. The company is based in Mountain View, California, with an office in Toronto, Ontario. It was founded in 2005 by Aytekin Tank and Kagan Sezgin.

JotForm hosts online forms to cplect information from users via the web. The forms can be created by users with no programming or design experience using a WYSIWYG editor to customize them. Forms are hosted on JotForm's servers on the World Wide Web as opposed to being embedded within the user's website, allowing them to be viewed on any device with an internet connection without requiring any changes to the website itself. Customized e-mail notifications are sent to users when the form is submitted or completed with information about the submission. This allows users to track submissions easily without having to manually check their websites for submissions regularly. Users can also view the results of completed forms in real time using a dashboard on the JotForm website. Any type of data can be cplected via a form using multiple "input types" such as text boxes, drop down menus, check boxes, radio buttons and file upload fields among others. Certain input types are not available for all form types, such as money input types which can only be used in PayPal integration forms or on mobile devices.

JotForm has three main pricing tiers. Personal ($0 per month), Premium ($9 per month), and Business ($29 per month. Premium and Business plans include features such as unlimited forms, advanced analytics, priority support and custom branding. Small businesses that create less than 1,000 forms per month are eligible for a free account which comes with some limitations. The lowest paid plan limits users to 100 submissions per month but does not include analytics features or custom branding.
