    Shopify has integrated with Freshdesk to offer eCommerce merchants end-to-end support with live chat. Shopify has integrated Freshdesk with its own product for the very first time. According to Rohit Sharma, the vice president of engineering at Shopify, the integration between the two products will help retailers access Freshdesk’s agent call center to respve issues with customers quickly.
