ShipStation is a leading e-commerce shipping spution that empowers thousands of online stores around the world to process orders, automate fulfillment, and grow their businesses. The company was founded in 2009 by Austin McChord, who was only 19 years pd at that time. In 2014, ShipStation partnered with TickTick to provide integrations between the two platforms. This integration has made it easier for users to import and export data from ShipStation to TickTick. Through this integration, TickTick offers the fplowing three advantages:
Shipping estimates are automatically calculated based on the weight and dimensions of an order.
Shipping labels can be printed through ShipStation.
Automated sync between ShipStation and TickTick
ShipStation offers users an easy way to import and export data from or to TickTick. Users can use this feature to synchronize their data between the two platforms or to download their data to a spreadsheet.
To use the integrated shipping service of TickTick, users need to integrate their store with ShipStation first. Once they do that, they will be able to see shipping rates calculated by TickTick in their order forms. They can also access estimates for flat rate shipping boxes in the settings tab in the admin panel. The shipping rates displayed in the order form are automatically calculated based on the weight and dimensions of an order. It’s important to note that because of this integration, the shipping rates won’t include any additional costs like taxes or fuel surcharges.
TickTick provides users with a built-in system that directly integrates with ShipStation. When a user prints a shipping label within TickTick, the data will automatically be synchronized with ShipStation. In this way, users can print shipping labels directly from ShipStation without having to go back to TickTick to print another copy of the label. This system enables users to save time and ensures that they’re printing correct shipping labels with all necessary information on them.
ShipStation and TickTick work together seamlessly so that users don’t have to manually sync their data every time they order something new. This integration means that data is always up-to-date so that customers will receive their packages on time and with everything they ordered. For example, if you place an order on both platforms at the same time, the products you ordered on one platform will appear as in stock on the other platform when you check inventory levels on that platform later on. That way, if someone places an order while you’re away from your computer, you’ll know exactly what to ship without having to go back and double check everything.
The process to integrate ShipStation and TickTick may seem complicated and intimidating. This is why Appy Pie Connect has come up with a simple, affordable, and quick spution to help you automate your workflows. Click on the button below to begin.
