  • You can perform multiple functions at the same time without switching between different tops because almost everything you need is integrated into one single platform. This saves you time because you don’t have to switch between various applications which may take time because each app will have its own set of menus and submenus which may require navigation across multiple screens until you find what you are looking for.
  • You can track your shipments directly from within Skype for Business which means no more opening multiple tabs in your browser (one tab for each app. Another advantage of monitoring shipments directly from within Skype for Business is that you don’t have to manually copy information from one app to another (copy & paste), which can be tiresome if you’re working with many parcels at once. If there are any updates regarding your shipments, they will immediately pop up on your screen without having to refresh your pages which save even more time.

Comparing these two methods shows that sending a message directly from within Skype for Business is more effective due to it being faster and more convenient since the recipient doesn’t have to download a large file from Outlook then open it in Photoshop or whatever image editing program they use. Sending a message from within Connectwise also gives you more contrp over how the message is delivered compared to emailing someone with a file attached because it allows you to decide when the message should arrive at its destination – instantly or a particular date & time – although this feature isn’t available in all versions of Connectwise.
