Step 1 – Access the order overview page of the Shopify order module that you want to ship out using SendFox. Step 2 – Click on the “Create Shipping Label” button located on the right-hand side of the page. Step 3 – In the pop-up window that appears on the screen, add the required details like package weight and dimensions and add any special requirements you might have for shipping such as “Overweight charge” or “Fragile”. You can also specify a delivery date so that your customers know when they can expect their package to arrive at their doorstep. Step 4 – Next, click on the ‘Next Step’ button at the bottom of the page and in the next screen, choose whether you want to print postage using the USPS or ShipRocket postage labels by clicking on the appropriate option. Step 5 – Choose whether you want to bring your own postage or use the discounted rates offered by the USPS and optionally select USPS Priority Mail as your method of shipment. Step 6 – Finally, once all details have been filled in, click on the ‘Finalize Order’ button. Your order should now be successfully shipped using your preferred shipping carrier. The tracking number should appear in both your ShipRocket and SendFox dashboards.
