1.1. Shippo is a shipping platform which allows the retailers to send packages through different carriers and third-party logistics providers. It also allow the users to track their packages.

2.1. In order to integrate Shippo with Zoho Expense, the user needs to complete the fplowing steps. –

2.1.1. Open Zoho Expense – The user can either log in or sign up for a new account. Once logged in, the screen looks like the image below –

2.1.2. Sign up for a new Shippo Account – The user can sign up for a new account from here – https://www.shippo.com/signup. The user wants to manage their shipments from different ecommerce platforms, they need to select “I ship with multiple carriers” from the drop-down menu. After signing up, they will be taken to a dashboard like this –

2.1.3. Enable API Access – The user must click on the API settings option and enable API access. This will generate an API Key and API Secret which is required to link Zoho Expense and Shippo accounts –

2.1.4. Create a New Shipment – After logging into Zoho Expense, the user can create a shipment by clicking on the “Shipments” option at the top left corner of the screen as shown below –

2.1.5. Select “Logistics Provider” – The user must select “Shippo” from the drop-down menu –

2.1.6. Enter Tracking Number – The user must enter their tracking number which can be found on the Shipment details page of Shippo –

2.1.7. Enable Track Package – The user must enable track package on the shipment by clicking on the “Enable Track Package” option –

2.1.8. View Shipment Details – The user can see the shipment details such as shipping details, carrier tracking number, cost and status by clicking on View Details –

2.1.9. View Shipment Details in Shippo – The user can view their shipment details in Shippo by clicking on View Shipments in Shippo –
