If you are using the Free Plan then you are limited to 50 orders/month and 5k shipments/month. For the higher tiers, you have access to unlimited orders/month and unlimited shipments/month as long as they are under 5k. There is no free tier like there was with Shippo so this service is geared towards enterprise companies with large e-commerce sites. It takes your company information and adds it into the Shippo platform where it can be used by other applications (like Downtime Alert. Downtime Alert receives updates every 15 minutes via the Shippo API which means your site will never go down without you knowing about it.
