Integration of Shippo and Bitly

Shippo is a cloud based shipping spution that enables merchants to sell internationally, manage their businesses, and grow their revenue. The company has over 100,000 users in over 190 countries. Shippo has a wide range of integrations with platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, Facebook, eBay, and BigCommerce.

Bitly is a link shortening service. It offers a unique feature called “smart links” which combines a URL with a message. The client can then share the link on social media or via email. Smart links are helpful for marketing campaigns as they allow the client to include a call to action within the link.

Integration of Shippo and Bitly

Currently, it is possible to integrate Shippo and Bitly together on a web store. Let us first discuss how both of these tops work separately.

Bitly is a popular top for marketing campaigns because of its ability to track clicks and create smart links. When a client wants to use Bitly on their website, they first need to go to the bit.ly website and register an account. Once the account is created, the client needs to copy their API key from the website and paste it into the code of their website. This will enable the client to create smart links on their website.

Once the link is created, it is important for the client to test it out by clicking on the link and seeing what happens. This process will help the client ensure that the link works as expected. Once this is done, it is possible to share the link using different platforms such as social media and email platforms. For example, if the client wants to share the link on Twitter, they simply need to copy and paste the link into a tweet and press enter. If the link was successful, then the message will be sent out on Twitter. If it wasn’t successful, then there will be an error message saying that it is not possible to send this message on Twitter.

It is important for clients to know that the links generated by Bitly will always begin with “http://bit.ly” regardless of what platform they are using (such as Twitter. If the client wants to differentiate between this link and other links on their website, they can simply add another letter before “http://bit.ly.” For example, if the client wants to create an internal link on their web page that goes straight to their contact page (which starts with “http://www.merchantname.com/contact-us”), they can add an “a” before “http://” so that it reads “http://a/contact-us.” This way, this link will not appear in any tweets that are generated using the clickable link generated by Bitly.

Now let us look at how Shippo works with Bitly. Once again, Shippo needs to be integrated with the website before it can be used on Twitter or any other platforms. To integrate Shippo with Bitly, the merchant needs to have an API key from Shippo which is generated when they register for an account on Shippo. The merchant needs to copy this API key into their website code in order to integrate it with Shippo. Once this is done successfully, it will be possible for the merchant to create shipping labels using their existing products on their ecommerce platform by clicking on a button that says “create label” which will be included in various places within their website code. Once this is done, Shippo will provide a tracking number for the package which can then be shared on Twitter or any other platform using one of Shippo’s pre-format templates. The merchant will also be able to see statistics about their shipments through Shippo which includes information such as how many packages were shipped and how much money was made from each shipment. This way, merchants can easily track which products are selling more than others and adjust their inventory accordingly by purchasing more of those products or discontinuing selling those products that aren’t selling well enough. Merchants can also see daily reports about how many packages are being shipped around the world so they can determine which days are optimal for them to ship out their packages. They can also receive notifications when there are problems with certain shipments so that they can rectify those issues quickly before they cause delays in delivering packages to customers.

Overall, both Shippo and Bitly are useful tops for merchants who want to better streamline their shipping process and provide better service to customers who purchase items from them online.

The process to integrate Shippo and Bitly may seem complicated and intimidating. This is why Appy Pie Connect has come up with a simple, affordable, and quick spution to help you automate your workflows. Click on the button below to begin.
