Zendesk was founded in 2007 by Danish entrepreneurs Mikkel Svane and Thomas Pedersen. It is a customer support software that deals with the needs of its customers. It started out as an e-mail support system before it evpved into what it is today. The company began to outsource its operations to Asia and Europe in 2013.
