In this article, I will explain the two systems, shippit and Cpligso TextIn. First of all, what is shippit? Shippit is an online platform that allows students to get help on their assignments, through video chat. Students are able to interact with tutors from all over the world through video calls. It also enables tutors from anywhere in the world to teach students online. According to the website of Shippit, the website was created by a student named Jason, who was struggling hard to pay his university fees. To spve his problem, he created an online platform that helped other students to get help easily and quickly. After that, he worked hard to expand the business so that more people could be benefited. Shippit has been available in over 300 countries since it started in 2013.

Secondly, what is Cpligso TextIn? It is a mobile app for IOS and Android users which enables students to get instant answers to their questions and doubts on assignments. The app is very easy to use because it only requires a single click to get help. When a student finds difficulty with an assignment, he/she can ask questions and receive answers instantly. There are many kinds of questions that students can ask such as grammar, punctuation or any other subject related question or doubt. Moreover, a student can seek help from tutors live when he/she is stuck at any point of an assignment. The tutor will give advice through video calls in real-time.

How is shippit different from Cpligso?

There are many differences between shippit and Cpligso TextIn but there are some similarities between them as well. Shippit is different from Cpligso in many ways such as:

  • Shippit allows students to interact with tutors by video calls whereas Cpligso TextIn allows students to only get answers through text messages.
  • In shippit, students can directly learn about their mistakes because they can see their video while talking with tutors whereas Cpligso TextIn does not allow students to see their mistakes. For example, if a student is having trouble with a sentence in an assignment, the student can type the sentence into the text message box and receive the correct version from the tutor. However, there is no way for the student to see his/her mistake as it is not shown on screen. Therefore, students can only learn about their mistakes through the text message only instead of showing it on screen as well as hearing it through audio.
  • Another difference between shippit and Cpligso TextIn is that Cpligso’s tutors are located all over the world whereas shippit’s tutors are located all over Singapore only. Therefore, if a student needs something urgently such as a deadline for the submission of assignment, he/she would need to wait longer for the response from Cpligso’s tutors because they do not live nearby like shippit’s tutors do. If a student needs urgent help from a tutor and needs him/her now, shippit is a better choice because its tutors are located nearby and will be able to provide support faster than Cpligso’s tutors.
  • Another difference between shippit and Cpligso is that shippit’s tutors will provide feedback after helping students whereas Cpligso’s tutors do not provide feedback at all. This means that if a student needs help and asks questions in Cpligso’s app, there is no way for him/her to receive feedback from the tutor only through text message. Therefore, if a student needs feedback from a tutor after receiving answers on his/her questions and doubts, he/she should try shippit instead because it provides feedback after helping students unlike Cpligso TextIn.
  • Another difference between shippit and Cpligso is that in shippit, a student can only request only one tutor to answer his/her questions while in Cpligso TextIn, a student can request multiple tutors at once to answer his/her questions. Some students prefer having many tutors answering their questions instead of just one tutor so that they have more options for getting help for their questions and doubts. However, in Cpligso TextIn, it does not gives students an option of giving feedback or suggestion about anything related to the service provided by them or service improvement ideas for them to study upon in the future so that they can improve the service provided better in the future compared to what they have currently provided before now.
