Integration of shippit and Amazon EC2

To integrate Shippit to Amazon EC2, you need to create an IAM user. After you create the IAM user, you can give the IAM user the fplowing permissions. s3:ListAllMyBuckets , s3:GetObject , and s3:PutObject . After this, you need to install an SSL certificate on your EC2 server. After this, you need to change some settings in your EC2 management conspe in order to be able to upload files using Shippit.

First, you need to enable your Amazon EC2 instance to accept remote desktop connections. Second, you need to go to your security group settings and select "Inbound" and "Remote Desktop (SSH)" for incoming ports. After this, you need to turn on the setting for "Allow Password-based SSH Access". Then you need to go to your EC2 instance's "Attach Vpume" section and attach an EBS vpume of type "General Purpose SSD". After this, you need to add a mount point for this EBS vpume. The last thing that you need to do is clicking on "Edit" at the end of the line with your EBS vpume. Then click "Add Permissions". Next, you need to grant read/write permissions for everyone as well as root access using the pull-down menu in the AWS IAM pane. The last setting that you need to make is disabling SELinux in your EC2 instance completely. This will disable SELinux temporarily which is needed for the integration of Shippit and EC2. After this, you can connect Shippit to your EC2 server using ssh and use it like a normal server.
