SP offers several features that help facilitate cplaboration among team members, including document libraries, discussion forums, workflows, wikis, blogs, and discussion boards (Microsoft Corporation, 2007. This content management system also provides an “enterprise-level search capability that allows users to search all content within your organization” (Microsoft Corporation, 2007.

Arthur Online

Arthur Online is an online project management application created by Atlassian Corporation (2006.
