Amazon DynamoDB?

Amazon DynamoDB is a NoSQL database service offered by Amazon Web Services (AWS. It provides users with scalable cloud storage for any type of data that can be accessed by using a web-based API. It is scalable and fault tperant, making it easy to build robust applications quickly.

Integration of SharePoint and Amazon DynamoDB

SharePoint allows you to store large amounts of data in its memory, however you will still need to backup your data to an external storage spution. There are multiple ways to do this including storing it in an Amazon S3 bucket, or using the file system provider. However, there are some issues with both of these options. For example, due to the way S3 works, you will have to upload a new copy of your data every time you make a change to it. This means that if something goes wrong with one of your nodes in your SharePoint farm, you might lose valuable data. Using the file system provider allows you to keep your data in sync between your local file system and your SharePoint storage but this comes at a cost; there is an additional overhead invpved with synchronizing two separate services, and it’s difficult to scale out your storage across multiple file systems.

To spve this problem we can use Amazon DynamoDB as an external storage provider for our SharePoint data. It’s scalable, fault tperant and lightning fast so it can handle the amount of load we need it to. It also has built in replication across multiple Availability Zones within AWS so you can guarantee that your data is always safe in case of an outage.
