On July 21, 2011, HP announced it had agreed to acquire ServiceNow for $5.3 billion in cash plus $700 million in assumed equity awards. The acquisition was completed on November 4, 2011.
In June 2014, ServiceNow announced the acquisition of Loggly.
In August 2015, ServiceNow announced the acquisition of FieldOne.
In September 2017, ServiceNow launched its 5th version of the platform. This version of the platform introduces features such as real-time analytics and machine learning capabilities.
