ServiceNow and Zoho Creator are integrated through Zoho Creator’s integration platform. ServiceNow users can create custom forms using Zoho Creator. The forms can be drafted using the drag-and-drop interface on the Zoho Creator website. The forms can then be shared with other users on the ServiceNow portal. Fifteenth, a field is added to a form template in ServiceNow to capture event information from Zoho Creator. Sixteenth, an action block is added to the form template in ServiceNow to update records from Zoho Creator if required. Seventeenth, an action block is added to an action set in ServiceNow to update records from Zoho Creator if required. Eighteenth, a workflow rule is added to the form template in ServiceNow to send information from Zoho Creator to another application if required.
