In other words, you can associate a ticket with an opportunity by simply making an LLM call directly from Pipedrive without going through the Salesforce workflow process. The integration works only if the ticket category selected at the time of creation is “Incident” or “Problem”. If the ticket category selected at the time of creation is “Task” or “Change Request” then an error message will be displayed indicating that these categories cannot be linked with Opportunity updates by default and special configuration is required to make this work.
