It’s very useful in tracking activities of employees, automating service call response, and essentially managing an IT department at a company. However, it’s not very easy to use as there are no native integrations with other business applications such as email or sales applications.

Klaviyo?

Klaviyo is a marketing automation top that helps ecommerce companies send targeted emails to users. It does a lot of things such as cplecting customer data from different channels, segmenting audiences by behavior and targeting them with personalized emails. This would be very handy for service providers to target customers and clients who have specific needs or problems.

Integration of ServiceNow and Klaviyo

ServiceNow can automatically alert users about problems via email. For example, if an account is down, ServiceNow will automatically send an email to all the people who are responsible for making sure that it stays up. Users can also just click on a link in the email and see what kind of status the account is in. ServiceNow doesn’t have any out-of-the-box integrations with email marketing systems such as Klaviyo. However, a workaround exists to integrate ServiceNow and Klaviyo to achieve this.

The first step is to create a list in Klaviyo. The list should include the email addresses of all the people who are supposed to get the notifications. Once the list has been created, go into the “Automation” tab and create an automation called “ServiceNow Alert”. The automation should be triggered every time there is an update to an account in ServiceNow. The automation should then send an email to all the accounts that are on the list mentioned above. The email template should contain information about the problem that has occurred and ways to fix it.

ServiceNow knows what kind of changes have occurred but it cannot identify specific instances that are causing trouble. Therefore, a user must manually add the relevant information in the email template (such as which services are down. so that the recipient can fix the problem quickly after receiving the email. The user can also choose to add more information about why the problem occurred so that the recipient understands what happened better.
