ServiceNow is a cloud computing company that provides a service to help companies manage their IT departments. It is used to track incidents and change requests, and also for managing facilities, assets, and security.

Integration of ServiceNow and GoToMeeting

  • ServiceNow can be integrated with GoToMeeting using the Business Automation API. This allows ServiceNow to track requests made in GoToMeeting and automatically create an incident or change request on the ServiceNow platform for the customer's account.
  • The integration between ServiceNow and GoToMeeting is done via the web interface. Any changes made in either system can be immediately seen in both systems.
  • The integration of ServiceNow and GoToMeeting is done by creating a new application in ServiceNow that is linked to the GoToMeeting website. No programming is needed to make the integration possible. All that is needed is to know how to use a browser.
