ServiceNow has integrated with Google Calendar, enabling users to view on the same platform, all the events that they have scheduled in Google Calendar. This integration was created by using the Google Calendar API. This allows users to sync events between their Google Calendar and ServiceNow with ease. The integration also provides a link from each event in ServiceNow to allow users to add it directly to their Google Calendar. If an event is created in ServiceNow but there is no corresponding event in the Google Calendar, a “New Event” button will appear next to the event in the ServiceNow interface. When this button is clicked, a pop-up window will appear with a description of the event, which will then be added to the Google Calendar. If an event is added to the Google Calendar but there is no corresponding event in ServiceNow, the “New Event” button will not appear next to the event in the ServiceNow interface.
