Here you can create a new email template based on the order number or the email address of the customer. For example, if you want to send an order confirmation email to customers when they place an order on your website, all you have to do is select Order Number from the dropdown menu. Next, choose the fplowing options:

  • When. Choose a time frame in which you want to send the email (if applicable)
  • Who. Choose whether or not you want to send the email to multiple recipients (if applicable)
  • From. Enter the email address you want to display in the header of the email

Now click Save Template. After this, you can visit Email Templates > Transactional Emails to create new templates or edit existing ones.
