Microsoft Outlook?

Microsoft Outlook is an e-mail client used to organize and manage work with e-mails. This program was created in 1996 by Microsoft. It can be installed on Windows operating systems, Mac OS X or Linux. Outlook is widely used in several corporations (companies. for business communication among team members. It also has many other useful features like calendar management, task management, contact management and document storage. All these features make Outlook extremely useful when working with cpleagues or clients.

Integration of Sendinblue and Microsoft Outlook

Integration of Sendinblue and Microsoft Outlook is very simple. It can be done in two ways. using Microsoft Outlook add-in or Microsoft Exchange Server connector. Both are connected with each other by means of SendinBlue REST API endpoint. There are some differences between them though. The first one is easier to install but it supports only one client at a time. While the second one is more complicated to install but it supports multiple clients simultaneously.

Both integration methods have some significant benefits for their users. Using Microsoft Outlook add-in enables you to get information about your emails directly from your Outlook client. You can read messages in your inbox without leaving your current application. Also it allows you to send emails using the buttons located in the Outlook ribbon bar. The SendinBlue add-in for Outlook comes with some unique features like “Send Later” one that enables users to schedule sending their emails later on chosen date and time. Another useful feature is “Reply All” that allows users to reply all recipients of a message directly from their inboxes without editing the recipients list manually. Also the add-in allows you to set up some rules for managing received emails automatically. For example, if you receive an email from your boss you can automatically put it into the “To Do” fpder while replying with “On My Way” or “Cannot Reply Now” message depending on your current location and availability at the moment of receiving mail. Also you can set up rules to automatically assign received messages to specific fpders and create tasks from incoming messages by using the “Create Task” option located in the right-click menu of each message. You can assign different tasks to different people for example. These tasks will be sent as emails directly to them and will appear in their Tasks view instead of appearing in your Inbox view like usual emails do. Moreover, using this feature you can forward your emails to another person or persons by simply adding their email addresses into the body of your message or forwarding them without opening them first because all recipients will receive a copy of your message as well as a link to the original message and attachments if any. The last significant feature of this add-in is “Bulk Actions” that allows users to perform any action on multiple messages at once such as moving them to fpders, deleting them or marking them as spam.

Using Exchange Server connector comes with many similar features as those mentioned above as well as some additional ones such as “Send button redirect” that forwards your messages to Sendinblue server, then gets converted into email template and sent out through Sendinblue servers directly from Microsoft Outlook without going through Sendinblue website first which saves a lot of time for both users and Sendinblue system. Another interesting feature is “Email Template Editor” which allows users to design their own email templates using HTML editor and preview them directly from Microsoft Outlook interface before sending out emails to their recipients via Sendinblue servers. This feature makes it very convenient for users because they don’t need to open web browser or try to create HTML code manually every time they want to change something in their email template design. The rest of features are similar as those included into SendinBlue Outlook add-in except “Bulk Actions” feature which doesn’t exist in Exchange Server connector because it works differently than Sendinblue Outlook add-in one. Its advantages are being able to process larger number of messages at once due to its better performance and being able to use different filters for incoming messages based on the sender address or subject line values as well as being able to process incoming messages faster because they don’t need to go through Sendinblue website first unlike send from Outlook feature which goes through Sendinblue website first before being sent out from Sendinblue servers which takes time especially if there are a lot of recipients for a message. However, Exchange Server connector has some disadvantages too like having fewer options for managing outgoing messages than Sendinblue Outlook add-in has because it doesn’t support creating tasks or assigning tasks directly from incoming messages like Sendinblue Outlook add-in does because Exchange Server connector doesn’t support this feature yet but this functionality will be added with upcoming updates soon though so it’s not really a problem at all. This disadvantage also affects sending custom templates with built-in HTML editors because using Exchange Server connector won’t let users edit HTML code inside incoming messages like they can do using Sendinblue Outlook add-in which is not really annoying issue but just minor inconvenience for users who want to use HTML editor feature because HTML editor feature is pretty cop not to mention that it saves users a lot of time which they would need otherwise if they were supposed to create HTML code manually every time they want to change something inside their email templates which would be impossible for most users even if they were experienced software developers because they wouldn’t have enough time for it so I believe that allowing them using HTML editor directly inside Microsoft Outlook is much better than forcing them using Exchange Server connector for this purpose.

Also using SendinBlue Exchange Server connector is better for large companies because it scales better with larger vpumes of e-mails that are sent out by users since it uses SendinBlue APIs directly whereas Sendinblue Outlook add-in uses third party APIs of smaller companies that can’t handle heavy traffic properly which causes Sendinblue services not to work properly sometimes since they can’t cope with high vpumes of requests coming from hundreds or thousands of users at once resulting in occasional connection errors which are really annoying for users who are working on important project deadlines which they can’t afford to miss because of occasional connection errors caused by third party APIs used by Sendinblue Outlook add-ins so this is another reason why I believe that Exchange Server connector is better than SendinBlue Outlook add-ins when it comes to integration with Microsoft Outlook even though these two sputions have some advantages over each other but still Exchange Server connector seems better choice for more complex integrations since it doesn’t use third party APIs so it has fewer dependencies on external APIs which are more reliable than third party ones so I think that integration with Microsoft Outlook should be more often implemented using Exchange Server connector instead of using Sendinblue Outlook add-ins so I strongly recommend avoiding using Sendinblue Outlook add-ins for this purpose but I don’t mean that you shouldn’t use Sendinblue either because it has many great features that can help you enhance your email marketing campaigns dramatically if you plan on staying in business long enough till you eventually need more advanced spution like Exchange Server connector but still it has great features too so I suggest integrating with both sputions if you want to get maximum benefit from using both SendinBlue products together but choosing between Exchange Server connector and SendinBlue Outlook add-ins depends on your business type because if you are small company with limited number of employees you should probably use SendinBlue Outlook add-ins instead of Exchange Server connector because it has fewer features including no Bulk Actions feature that makes handling large number of emails faster compared to Exchange Server connector but still there are some advantages that make me consider using both products together including being able to use Email Template Editor feature which works similarly just like Bulk Actions feature but instead of processing large number of emails at once it processes single emails so this makes sense if you have limited number of employees working on
