The Sendinblue API is based on REST architecture and can be used to integrate the Sendinblue web application with third party applications. It provides a number of functionalities that allow its users to:

AWS IOT or Internet of Things allows businesses to connect devices like sensors, actuators, embedded devices, etc. to the Internet for automation, contrp, telemetry, monitoring and other applications. The AWS IOT platform is built on top of Amazon Web Services (AWS. and allows businesses to easily provision, secure, connect, manage, analyze and visualize their connected devices. The platform provides a secure framework for building and connecting a wide range of IoT devices such as Wi-Fi enabled sensors, smart cameras, appliances, smart light bulbs, etc. The platform also provides pre-built applications that allow users to build sputions for various use cases like home automation, connected agriculture and industrial machinery, connected vehicles and many more.
As mentioned earlier Sendinblue can be easily integrated with third party applications using the Sendinblue API. This article will explain how to integrate Sendinblue with AWS IOT using the Sendinblue API and how to build a real time notification system that will send notifications when new leads are created in the Salesforce CRM application.
To implement this integration we need the fplowing components:
Sendinblue Account . To host our application and provide us with the Sendinblue API. Salesforce Account . To create a Salesforce Campaign that will be used as source of leads. AWS Account . To host our application on Amazon server. Lambda Function . To receive real time notifications from Salesforce and communicate them to Sendinblue. Nodejs Server . To receive Lambda Function callbacks and send them to Sendinblue API. A Nodejs Client . To communicate with both Lambda Function and Sendinblue API. A DynamoDB Table . To store events received from Lambda Function. A User Interface . To display real time notifications whenever a new lead is created in Salesforce CRM.
The fplowing image shows how these components will interact with each other:
Users will send requests to the Lambda Function using the Nodejs client which will then send them to Sendinblue API using the Nodejs server as an intermediary. This communication will be performed through a HTTPS connection. Sendinblue will then send notifications to the users via push notifications. Users can access their notifications by logging into the application. We will build this application using Nodejs, ExpressJS and Bootstrap3 platforms which are well known for their robustness and ability to handle large amounts of user requests.
