In this article, I will talk about two companies that I have worked with in the past year. The first company is called SendGrid and the second company is called Freshdesk. I will talk about my experience with these companies and how they can benefit each other. First, I will give a short introduction to each of the companies and how they are innovative in their own ways. Then, I will talk about how they can benefit each other by integrating their products and services. Lastly, I will conclude with some thoughts on the integration of these two companies.
SendGrid is a email delivery service that allows users to send emails without having to deal with the technical aspect of sending emails. Most companies that use MailChimp or Constant Contact have to deal with all of the technical aspects of sending emails. This includes making sure that the servers are running and ensuring that their server doesn’t get hacked. SendGrid takes all of that off of the shoulders of the user in order to allow them to focus on what they do best, which is marketing.
Freshdesk is a customer support software that is built around allowing customers to be able to communicate with a company through several different channels, such as email, chat and social media. They also offer in-app chat support for most of their clients. The best part about Freshdesk is that it is very easy to use and understand. It also integrates with many other applications such as Google Drive. The integration between both of the companies would be beneficial for both sendgrid and freshdesk. For sendgrid, it would allow them to save more money by not having to pay for server maintenance, since Freshdesk has a fully hosted spution and would also help them grow their business faster because of the increased exposure. Freshdesk would benefit from this integration with SendGrid because they would be able to reduce costs since they wouldn’t have to maintain any servers, but instead could just use SendGrid’s cloud infrastructure to host all their emails. They could also benefit because SendGrid has a large userbase and they could try to market their product to those users through SendGrid’s marketing team. They would also benefit because it would be easy for them to integrate into SendGrid’s APIs and would allow them to build new features faster than if they had to build everything from scratch.
