In addition to learning how to use the SendGrid API, we also had to learn how best to integrate it with our core technpogy stack. This was challenging as we have a complex array of different technpogies that must work together flawlessly. Before we integrated SendGrid, we were using a separate email marketing service that was not very efficient and also required us to maintain our own servers for sending out emails. Now that we use SendGrid, we are saving money and the service is much easier to implement. We also love how easy it is to access data about our email campaigns from within Evernote.
