Integration of SendGrid and Amazon Seller Central

To integrate these two platforms, you must first create an API key for SendGrid and an SMTP relay name for Amazon Seller Central. An API key is used to authenticate each request sent to an API endpoint on the platform. It can be created by logging into your account dashboard and then selecting the “API Keys” link in the left-hand navigation menu. Click on the “Create API Key” button and fplow the instructions provided on the page. Next, you will need to create an SMTP relay name to send emails from your Amazon Seller Central account with the SendGrid service. To do this, log into your Seller Central account and select Settings -> Email Settings and click on the “Send Emails From” tab. You will see a new field titled “Deliver via SMTP Relay” below the existing fields. Type in your SendGrid SMTP relay address in this field and click Save Changes. Now that you have completed both steps above, you can integrate SendGrid with Amazon Seller Central by completing the steps below.
