In this paper, I will be discussing about SendFox and Pipedrive. These two applications are completely different in their nature but they complement each other to provide a complete business spution for the users. SendFox is a dedicated email marketing platform that offers various features of email marketing such as integration with CRM, streamlining sales process, analytics, automation, etc. It can be used to send personalized emails to the customers, based on the customer data it gets from its CRM module. Pipedrive is a sales tracking application that helps the users in managing their sales process. It tracks the leads, manages the sales pipeline, integrates with Facebook and Twitter, etc. It is used by professional sales teams to keep track of their activities and manage their sales process better.
