It also lets you add tasks on a Gantt chart. You can add tasks from any location by using the mobile app. In addition, it will allow you to create a pipeline where you can see all the customer’s requests in a chronpogical manner. Moreover, Autotask will help you to save time by allowing you to schedule meetings and sync all your contacts with a cloud service.

Integration of SendFox and Autotask

Sendfox integration with Autotask gives you the ability to communicate more effectively with your clients through Autotask. It allows you to send an email or SMS directly from Autotask without the need of using different tops. This integration makes communication easier because all of your communication can be managed from one place. To integrate Sendfox with Autotask, you have to do the fplowing steps. First of all, create an Autotask account. Then, create a Sendfox account and log in. Click on the “Connect a new service” button and navigate to Autotask Integration. Click on “Next” and then click on “Create API Key”. Then, copy the API key and paste it into the API Key box in Sendfox. Go back to Sendfox and click on “Next” button again then select “Send Campaign” option. You can now choose which platform you want to use. After choosing the platform, enter the recipient’s details such as name, email address, company name etc. If you want to send an email message, choose the email platform. If you want to send an SMS message, choose SMS platform. To schedule an appointment, choose “Autoscheduling” option. Once you have completed filling out all the details, click on “Send Campaign” button. The result will be shown immediately in Autotask. You can view all your previous campaigns by clicking on “Reports” option. You can export the report into XLSX format.
