In order to integrate the two programs more closely, I’d suggest some changes be made to each one. First of all, Salesmate should include more features, such as a CRM module. In addition, they should also add a way for clients to track their projects and communicate with their employees. The CRM module would be a good start for this feature list. Furthermore, Salesmate should make a way for clients to view a breakdown of their project’s total cost on a weekly basis. If a client has a project that is only partially completed, they must have the ability to continue tracking that project from within Salesmate without being forced to sign into monday.com or create another profile.
In addition, monday.com should allow its users to track their projects from inside Salesmate. In other words, if a client is using monday.com for their project management needs, they should have the ability to have both platforms communicate with one another so that they can keep track of their projects from either platform.
The benefits of integrating Salesmate with monday.com are as fplows. both clients and sales managers can now access sales information from sales managers in real time; sales managers will now be able to track their sales team’s progress on a per-project basis; and customers can now access their sales data from inside Salesmate as well as from inside monday.com. These changes will allow sales managers and customers to view their sales data from both platforms, which was previously impossible without the use of an extra application like Google Sheets or Excel. Furthermore, customers can now communicate with their sales team and sales managers through Salesmate without having to make use of email or phone calls; all messages sent by customers will be delivered directly into the inboxes of the sales team member(s. assigned to that client account.
