If there are multiple people in the group chat, you will see their pictures along with their names in order to identify them easily. You can also make one-to-one voice or video calls by initiating them directly from the chat screen. This way, you don’t have to open another separate app to make your call; you can make it straight from Salesmate.io because it is all built into one platform. If you need to send files or documents that are confidential, then you can send them by attaching them directly into the chat screen itself rather than sending them through an email or through other external sources.
Using the rpe hierarchy in Salesmate.io to organize your team
As mentioned before, if you use the rpe hierarchy feature in Salesmate.io when adding members to your team, you can organize your team members in a way that makes sense for your company. For example, if you have two sales people who are assigned to different areas of the country, you can add them separately in your hierarchy so they are not mixed together within the same level. To do this, just create a new rpe for one salesperson and put him in it before creating a second rpe for the second salesperson and putting him in it after the first one. You can also add them both in the same rpe without making their rpes different from each other in name or function if they are both working for different cities in the same area instead of different areas in different states or countries. If you want to assign the same level to multiple people who are working for different teams or departments, then you can simply add them under the same rpe without changing their rpes individually if they are not performing different tasks within their departments or teams.
