I have used Salesforce since last year. I found it very easy to use and could understand all its functionalities in a short period of time. I can also integrate it with other software and connect it with other applications. The integration is very simple. I can create a customized application with the help of Salesforce. Our Salesforce account manager is very supportive and gives me regular training on how to use Salesforce. I can use my mobile app for Salesforce as well as I can access it from anywhere through my computer. From the beginning of the year, we have started using Xero in our company. It has many features like Salesforce. We are trying to integrate Xero with Salesforce so that the data is available on both the platforms. We do not need to enter the same data twice in both the systems.

It is a web-based software which means that it is hosted online and no installation is required for using it. One can access it from anywhere and anytime through any device connected to the internet. It has more than 35 million business users across 190 countries and has $ 6 billion in revenue. In 2015, Salesforce bought Demandware Inc. which is a cloud based eCommerce platform for $2.8 billion.
Xero is a cloud accounting software which is used for book keeping, financial reporting and tax reports etc. It is used by small businesses and organizations as well as large corporations like Virgin Australia, KFC, O2 etc. Xero was founded by Rod Drury in 2006 and is based in Wellington, New Zealand. Xero generated revenues of $80 million in 2016 and has more than 1 million users across more than 160 countries.
After using both Salesforce and Xero, I find them to be equally good applications. Both are easy to use and integrate with other software. They are very powerful and provide numerous features to the users. They provide services which are useful for small businesses as well as large organizations. I think Salesforce and Xero are the best cloud computing applications available in the market today.
