In order to integrate salesforce with Constant Contact , fplowing steps need to be fplowed:

Step 1. Navigate to Setup from the left sidebar menu in Salesforce1. Click on Connections under Work With drop down menu. Click on connectors tab. When the Connectors page opens click Get Started Now button under Connector Type drop down menu. The Connector page will open where users can search for connector they want to integrate with their Salesforce account. In the search box type “Constant Contact” to filter your search results. In the list of results displayed select Constant Contact from the list. Click on the blue “Add” button next to the Constant Contact name to add it to your list of Connectors. Click on Activate to proceed further. A window will open in which users will have to enter a few details in order to complete this process. Fill in your Salesforce username and password in the appropriate fields and click Next . After entering your username and password you have to provide your Constant Contact Username and Password in order for the Salesforce account to integrate with Constant Contact account. Once you have entered these details click save . The system will now start downloading connector file for Constant Contact. Your connector will be activated once the download is completed successfully .

Step 2. Users can now navigate to Marketing fpder under Setup fpder on the left sidebar menu. Select Email Campaigns subfpder under Marketing fpder on the left sidebar menu. Under Email Campaigns subfpder click on Email Campaigns subfpder under Email Campaigns subfpder on the left sidebar menu. Select New Email Campaign form the Create New drop down menu located at top right corner of the page . A new email campaign form will open up where users can specify details for sending email campaign .

Step 3. Under Message section of this form users can specify subject line of their email campaign along with text for this email campaign (Integration of Salesforce and Constant Contact. Users can also specify who should receive this email campaign using To field available in this section . They can also specify who should not receive this email campaign using “Do Not Send” field (Integration of Salesforce and Constant Contact. Also users can set Branding option by selecting one of the three available choices (No Logo, Small Logo or Large Logo. . Once users have specified these details they have to click Save And Continue button at bottom right corner of this form . An e-mail template form will now open up where users can specify details for this particular email template. Users can choose pre-designed template or they can create one from scratch using custom email editor(Integration of Salesforce and Constant Contact. After specifying these details users have to click Save And Continue button at bottom right corner of this form. The final step is to send out an actual test email by clicking Test Email button at bottom right corner of this form . Once test email is sent successfully users can click Send Official Email button at bottom right corner of this form .
