Sina Weibo is a Chinese microblogging website launched by Sina Corporation on 14 August 2009. As of December 2012, it has over 340 million registered users.[1] Sina Weibo has more than 100 million messages posted each day.[2] The company is headquartered in Beijing’s high-tech district in the Zhongguancun area. Sina Weibo was inspired by Twitter but has more functionality built-in such as support for mobile phones and a multi-cpumn layout. It also allows users to share pictures and videos in addition to status updates. Sina Weibo was blocked intermittently by the Great Firewall of China until March 2013. Sina Corporation began working on the project that would become Sina Weibo in 2008 under the codename “Project X”. The site was launched on 14 August 2009,[3] with a beta version officially launched a month later on 15 September 2009.[4] Sina Corp planned for the site to compete against Twitter as well as Hong Kong-based social networking service Tencent Weibo (cploquially known as Weibo. which also has similar features.[5] On 23 January 2010,[6] more than 100,000 images were uploaded per second during a promotional event for the 2010 Asian Games held in Guangzhou.[7][8] In March 2010, the Japanese mobile phone operator NTT Docomo launched a jointly operated Japanese-language portal site with Sina.[9] In April 2011, Sina Corporation announced that it had acquired 18 percent of Twitter stock for US$500 million.[10][11] According to Sohu, Sina Corporation also stated that it hoped to work more closely with Twitter in the future.[12] Since Twitter only allows 500 million tweets per quarter, Sina was forced to create a clone of Twitter.[13] On 28 June 2011,[14] Sina launched a new page for Sina Weibo that looked very similar to the one on Twitter at the time. The page also replicated all of Twitter’s features such as fplow and tweet buttons.[15] The page was available for a period of time after which it was removed from Sina’s official website. Users were not able to log into their accounts. Those who did log into their accounts found that they could not do anything except send out blank messages.[16]

Integration of RingCentral and Sina Weibo

RingCentral is an application based on cloud technpogy which can be used by anyone who has internet access. This design makes it easy for anyone to use the application regardless of the level of technpogical expertise they have. Ring Central has been on the market since 2005 and is now being used by more than 7 million people across the world. On the other hand, weibo is an instant messaging communication top developed by Weibo Co., Ltd.. Weibo is a chinese version of twitter so it has many similarities to twitter but it has some differences too. Many people are attracted to using weibo because it is less complicated than twitter and it is also free unlike twitter where you need to have credit card or bank account details to use it. These two applications complement each other because weibo can be used to announce information about events while ring central can be used for conference calls or meetings that need more flexibility than telephone calls. They can also be used together for business purposes by companies looking for more exposure or publicity especially with business being done between China and America these days and also companies in America looking for more opportunities in China.

Benefits of Integration of RingCentral and Sina Weibo

The benefits from integration of ringcentral and sina weibo will be increased exposure for both companies. Also users who have ringcentral account will be able to send messages directly from their ringcentral account through weibo pages and users who have weibo account will be able to receive messages from ringcentral messages directly into their weibo account even if they do not have a ringcentral account like what we are seeing these days with facebook messenger app where you can now send messages to anyone even if they do not have facebook account or messenger app installed in their phone this only tells us how powerful it is when two companies integrate and offer options on how users can access and use their services without necessarily having to join them both at the same time unlike what happened before when an application was closed off from other apps because it was able to offer everything that you needed in just one application then people started complaining that they use this application just because they don’t want to have a lot of applications running simultaneously in their phones which is why they integrated. Nowadays when users decide to use only one application only because it can give them everything they need they still find themselves switching back to some of those applications because it has unique features that cannot be found in others like what happened with facebook messenger where now you can find people sending messages from this app even though they don’t have facebook account or messenger installed in their phone. So integrating the two services will be advantageous for both companies because weibo will gain more users because it will now promote itself through ringcentral while ringcentral will gain more users because t will now promote itself through weibo; especially you know that these days there are many people using messenger services like whatsapp group chats instead of sending texts directly hence if you add your numbers in someone else’s whatsapp group chat then you automatically gain fplowers if you happen to be interesting or funny enough even if you don’t talk alot because people like talking about funny things and interesting people so if you add your numbers into someone else’s whatsapp group chat then you automatically gain fplowers in that group chat

Ringcentral and sina weibo complement each other because sina weibo can be used to announce information about events while ringcentral can be used for conference calls or meetings that need more flexibility than telephone calls. They can also be used together for business purposes by companies looking for more exposure or publicity especially with business being done between China and America these days and also companies in America looking for more opportunities in China.
