My name is Salvador and I am an accountant from Spain. I work in a company named Agrícpa Coro, in the marketing department. The company deals with agricultural products. I use it to keep a detailed record of my clients’ sales and purchases, as well as their payments. The way I have integrated Quick Base and MeisterTask is really simple. I started by creating a new group in MeisterTask called “Quick Base Projects”. In this group, I have several projects related to my job on Quick Base. For example, there is one project for each client who uses Quick Base to keep his records. Each project has all the information required to access the specific Quick Base system. For example, if you want to access a client’s Quick Base system, you just need to copy and paste the URL address into MeisterTask and you have instant access to all his information. This allows me to manage my clients’ information easier, as I can view all their orders at once in MeisterTask.
The main benefit of integrating Quick Base and MeisterTask is the time they save me. Nowadays, most of my work requires dealing with several projects simultaneously. I cannot forget about any of them or the information will be lost. With Quick Base and MeisterTask working together, I can schedule my time efficiently and be organized without having to do anything special. They automatically link any new task added in MeisterTask with the corresponding project in Quick Base. This allows me to see everything I need to know right away, without having to look for it anywhere else. Everything happens in real-time, which means that I can work faster with more accuracy and avoid making mistakes because of lack of information.
