Benefits of integrating ProfitWell with WHMCS. There are various advantages of integrating ProfitWell with WHMCS and these advantages are listed below:
Helps users to increase their profit by identifying factors causing loss of profit. When we say ProfitWell we mean it – we help users to increase their profit – not all other tops do that! We provide awesome reports that help users identify those factors causing loss of profit by showing various metrics such as hosting cost per month, hosting cost per year, revenue per month, revenue per year, profit per month, profit per year etc.. These metrics are calculated based on data that users enter manually or import from their accounting systems such as Quickbooks Online or Xero etc.. For example. If a user has a high hosting cost per month but a low hosting cost per year then he needs to optimize his hosting plan or he needs to either reduce his monthly charge or increase his yearly charge etc.. By optimizing his hosting plan he can reduce his hosting cost per month but he will be able to increase his hosting cost per year which ultimately leads him to increasing his profit per month because his profit per month = revenue per month – hosting cost per month + profit per year because hosting cost per year = hosting cost per month / 12 months which means his hosting cost per year > hosting cost per month so hosting cost per year – hosting cost per month = hosting cost per year – hosting cost per month – profit per year – hosting cost per year – hosting cost per month – revenue per year – hosting cost per year – hosting cost per month – revenue per year – hosting cost per year – hosting cost monthly = revenue per year – hosting cost monthly + profit per year . So if he increase his yearly charge then he can maximize his profit because his loss will be minimized due to decrease in yearly charge but revenue will be higher which equals higher profit too! So now he can increase his monthly charge along with yearly charge but he has to keep his monthly charge lower than yearly charge otherwise he will achieve less profit than before because although monthly charge is increased but overall loss = higher loss i.e. loss = revenue minus hosting costs = higher loss = higher loss i.e. less profit! So basically if he limits his monthly charge then he can still increase his yearly charge but if he increases his yearly charge without considering his monthly charges then he cannot increase his profits because overall loss becomes higher which equals loss of profit! Also there might be another situation where he has very high revenue but also high hosting costs so again he needs to reduce his monthly charges more than yearly charges or vice versa! So there are various scenarios where he needs to change one thing or another depending on certain conditions that might occur! This is what ProfitWell does! It not only helps us understand our business better but also helps us see how we can improve our business by identifying various gaps between various metrics! Helping users maximize their profits by optimizing their pricing structure. As discussed above ProfitWell identifies various metrics about our business such as hosting cost, revenue etc.. Similarly it also helps users identify various metrics about their pricing structure such as number of clients they have now, number of clients they
