I would like to introduce Pipedrive as a sales CRM software that is used by companies for their sales and marketing activities. It is an easy-to-use software for small businesses which combines sales pipeline management, contact management, forecasting, reporting and more (Pipedrive. The software can be integrated with other programs such as Google Drive, Dropbox, and Slack.
Zoho Writer is a cloud-based word processor that can be easily used to create high-quality documents such as academic papers, newsletters, leaflets, brochures, business plans, and more. It allows users to edit their documents in real-time, share them with others, and track changes made by multiple authors.
In order to integrate Pipedrive with Zoho Writer, you need to create an account at Zoho first. After that, fplow these steps:
Step 1. Go to the integration page of Pipedrive and then click on “Add a new integration” button.
Step 2. Click on “Next Step” after you have filled out the required information in the popup window.
Step 3. Click on “Authorize” on the next step.
Step 4. Log into your Zoho account and confirm the application permission request. Once you have done that, your application will be approved automatically. Then you will be redirected back to Pipedrive. On the next page, you will see a message saying that your integration has been successfully created. Click on “Done” to close the popup window.
The two programs can effectively synchronize data from one platform to another so users do not have to work on two platforms separately and lose important data. For example, if I want to write a report on my laptop using Zoho Writer, I can transfer the document onto my smartphone once I am done. Then I can import it into Pipedrive in order to add information about who I sent it to and whether or not I have heard back from them. This way I do not have to worry about losing information or forgetting what I did with my document before it was transferred to another platform.
If I use both programs together, I can avoid creating duplicate entries in my project management software (Pipedrive. because I can write down every single activity in my document using Zoho Writer instead of typing it out again in the project management software later on. For example, if I want to write a proposal for a client, I can use Zoho Writer to create a draft and then move it onto my smartphone so that I can email it directly from there. This way I do not have to create a task from scratch in my project management software because I can just use an existing one in my document in Zoho Writer. If the project gets approved by the client, I can move it back into my project management software for further tracking and monitoring. Using the same method, I can also create a document in Zoho Writer and then import it into my project management software for further tracking and monitoring. This way I do not have to create tasks manually from scratch in my project management software because I can simply use those tasks that already exist in my document in Zoho Writer.
I can also synchronize all the data that I have cplected from different platforms in Pipedrive with data that I have cplected in Zoho Writer by copying the file into both platforms simultaneously. For example, if I want to create a report using Zoho Writer and then send it to clients for review via email, I can use the same file to share it with them via email by uploading it directly into Pipedrive or even sharing it via Google Drive or Dropbox. Once clients send back their comments and suggestions to me via email, I would simply copy the latest version of the file into Zoho Writer so that I can include their feedback into my report without having to go through everything already written on paper again. With this method, I can avoid making mistakes during the process of editing because I know exactly what has been changed when updating the file with each comment from a client.
