Integration of Pipedrive and Typeform

Pipedrive is an online CRM software that helps small businesses to manage their customers and sales pipeline. It is an integrated software that can be used to manage work tasks and manage customer relationships. Typeform is a website that was launched in 2013 and it lets users create forms, quizzes and surveys easily. It is mainly used by website developers to get feedback from their customers about their services and products. It also helps these website developers to have more clients as it brings them more leads.

The integration between Pipedrive and Typeform is possible because of the API. There are two ways of integrating Pipedrive with Typeform, and both of them are explained below.

  • If you want to integrate Pipedrive with Typeform manually, you will need to sign up for the API as well as add the API key to your Pipedrive account. Then you will have to create a new campaign that has Typeform as the destination. You will need to enter the campaign name, the campaign type and the form number (you can find this number by going to Manage > Form Builder. After entering all this information, you will have to go to “Advanced Settings” and then enter the API key you got from Typeform. After doing all these things, you will have a new campaign that has been created automatically in Pipedrive but not in Typeform. That is why you need to go to Typeform and click on “Connect a New Account”. You need to enter your Pipedrive username and password, then click on “Connect”. Now, your campaign will appear in Typeform as well and you can start using it.
  • The other way of integrating Pipedrive with Typeform is through Zapier. To integrate them using this method, you need to create a Zapier account and then login into your Pipedrive account. After that, you will have to open the Zapier app and make a new Zap on Zapier website by clicking “Make a Zap”, then enter a name for it, choose Typeform as your trigger app, select a template that fits your needs and then connect it to your Pipedrive account. After doing this, you will be redirected to Zapier where you need to authorize access by connecting it to your Pipedrive account. After that, you need to choose which Typeform forms are going to be connected with which Pipedrive campaigns. Once everything is done, you will have two new campaigns that have been created automatically in Typeform and in Pipedrive.
