There are also some integrations with other applications.

With HubSpot CRM you can manage your contacts, create email messages, build reports and run A/B tests. HubSpot is very easy to use and it has a nice interface which provides a lot of information about your marketing campaigns.
Integration of Pipedrive and HubSpot CRM makes it possible to use the power of both platforms together. It is not enough to have just one of them – it offers more functionalities if you use them together. Integration allows you to track the activity of your leads and sales opportunities on both platforms. It makes it possible to see what actions are done on each platform. You can also send emails or create tasks for your contacts from Pipedrive to HubSpot or vice versa.
Another advantage of integration is that it creates a more organized workflow. It’s easier to keep on top of your activities when they are in one place. All the data is available in two places so there will be less time spent on checking different systems. Pipedrive offers integration with many third-party applications but HubSpot CRM is the newest addition to this list. Pipedrive has implemented some great features like HubSpot integration. These features include:
Fplow-ups and tasks are two features offered by Pipedrive and you can find them under the “Tasks” menu in the left side of the screen. Pipedrive allows you to create tasks for individual contacts, create a task for an entire contact list or even create a task for multiple contacts. You can assign the task for someone else, set due date and change its priority level as well. You can also add notes with task or add attachments to it. When you save a task for the first time you will receive an email notification about it. When the time comes, Pipedrive will remind you about it by sending another email notification. And if something goes wrong, Pipedrive sends you an email as well. In case you need more details about a task that has been assigned to someone else, you can get this information from HubSpot CRM platform through “Assigned Tasks” report template; “Assigned Tasks” report template allows you to see all tasks that have been assigned to specific contact or contact list; these tasks are available in HubSpot CRM in the form of tasks list; this list contains all full details about assigned tasks such as title, due date, priority level, owner (e.g., contact name), etc.; if you want additional information about a specific task then you can open it in its own page in HubSpot CRM; if you want to assign a task that you have created from Pipedrive into HubSpot CRM then you should click on the “Assign Task” button in the right top corner of the screen and choose “HubSpot CRM” from the drop-down menu; then enter name of a contact or contact list that you want to assign this task into and click on “Assign” button; in case you want to remove a task from HubSpot CRM then just click on the task name in the list and click on “Remove” button; after that message will appear that task was successfully removed from HubSpot CRM; note that if you remove a task from HubSpot CRM then it won’t be removed from Pipedrive automatically; using tasks feature in Pipedrive contacts requests system allows you to request information from your contacts regarding assigned tasks; if there is no response from your contact then Pipedrive will send reminder email notifications automatically; note that Pipedrive will send reminder emails only once; according to our research some users will benefit from getting reminder email notifications even more often – we recommend contacting Pipedrive support team about this issue and ask them if they can make changes so that reminder emails would be sent more often than once; please note that Pipedrive is still working on improvements regarding reminders emails so at this moment there is no specific information available how many times reminder emails would be sent or how exactly reminders would be sent; note that if your contact does not respond to reminder emails then eventually he/she will be marked as unresponsive by Pipedrive; all unresponsive contacts will be listed on the left side of the screen in red cpor (note that it may take up to 48 hours before they are marked as unresponsive); depending on your settings unresponsive contacts may be moved into trash bin or deleted completely (note that all deleted contacts will be deleted forever!); once a contact becomes unresponsive he/she won’t be able to reply or update his/her profile information until he/she becomes responsive again (note that person himself/herself won’t know when he/she becomes unresponsive!); note that if you remove a person from your account then his/her data won’t be available anymore in your account (all automated messages sent by that person will be cancelled as well); now let’s talk about how reminders are sent; according to our research we found out that reminders always come as email messages which means that reminders cannot be sent via SMS or WhatsApp which means that if you need reminders to be sent via SMS or WhatsApp then this option won’t work for you as there is no way how to send reminders via these channels (please note that this feature works only with Gmail account); please note that if you want to set up automatic responses when someone sends reminders for tasks then you can set it up from HubSpot CRM platform through “Respond To Reminders” report template; “Respond To Reminders” report template allows you to see all reminders that were sent automatically from Pipedrive into HubSpot CRM (note that automation feature is not available yet so there is no possibility how to view reminders from Pipedrive into HubSpot CRM when automation feature will be available); note that this report template doesn’t allow you to view any additional information about these reminders because they are automatically sent so at this moment there is no possibility how to see additional information about them; please note that occasionally reminders will fail so don’t worry if sometimes you don’t receive reminder emails even though reminders were sent – this doesn’t mean that they were not sent properly – sometimes reminders will fail but this doesn’t mean that they were not sent at all – sometimes email provider blocks emails coming from external sources so there might be chance that your contact didn’t receive reminder email even though it was actually sent by Pipedrive (if this situation happens then just wait few hours and try again – sometimes email provider blocks external emails only for few hours); unfortunately at this time there is no way how to check if reminders were really sent by Pipedrive or not; please note that when someone sends reminder about an assigned task then actually he/she sends an invitation with task title into Slack channel; this way he/she informs members of Slack channel about assigned task (please note that sometimes Slack channel members may miss this notification – please provide them with direct link where they can find this notification); please note that currently Pipedrive doesn’t have any plans how to give reminders via direct messages (SMS. or WhatsApp; however, according to our research there are some users who are using these channels and we suggest contacting Pipedrive support team about this issue with asking them if they could think about adding these channels as well (for example WhatsApp could be useful when someone needs reminders via WhatsApp instead of using Slack channel); we haven’t tested these channels yet but we found out from other users who used them before that sometimes Slack channels do not broadcast notifications but instead they show them individually so please check
