This article will outline how Pipedrive and Google Contacts can be integrated for the benefit of my sales team.

Pipedrive?

Pipedrive is a sales management platform that helps businesses track their leads and sales pipeline. It is used by more than 5,000 companies from all over the world, including companies like Orange, BNP Paribas, Cisco, and Sony Music Entertainment.

Google Contacts?

Google Contacts is Google’s address book application. It allows users to create contacts and maintain records of their interactions. The basic version of Google Contacts is free and does not require a Google account. However, it does have a limit of 1000 contacts. If you need more than this, you’ll need to subscribe to a paid plan.

Pipedrive provides real-time data and alerts for its users. Users are able to set up reminders for both meetings and contact updates. These reminders are then sent to their email accounts or mobile devices. This is particularly helpful because users don’t have to remember to check their Pipedrive contact list every day to see if there are any updates they need to look into.

Pipedrive also allows users to add notes and attachments to individual contacts. This feature is helpful because it allows users to track their interactions with each contact. This information can be useful when it comes time to make a decision on whether or not a lead is worth pursuing.

Google Contacts also allows for the ability to add notes and attachments. However, these notes cannot be easily tracked because they are saved as separate documents in Google Drive. This can make it difficult to recall all of the information needed for a lead at a later date.

Pipedrive also allows its users to post updates about sales, opportunities, and leads directly onto their company’s Facebook page using social networking integration. This feature allows potential customers to see what your business has been up to without having to leave Facebook. It also lets potential customers know that they can connect with your business on social media sites such as Twitter and LinkedIn. Social networking integration makes it easier for your business to be found online and encourages more people to fplow your business on social media sites.

Pipedrive integrates with Google Contacts because they have the same users. By linking the two applications, Pipedrive can pull information from Google Contacts so that users only have to enter their information once. This will save time because users won’t have to re-enter information into two different applications, which could potentially cause mistakes in the process. Also, if users want to enter their information into Google Contacts but prefer not to use Gmail, they can still do so by using the Chrome browser extension that enables them to enter information into Google Contacts without leaving the Gmail site.

In conclusion, I believe that integrating Pipedrive and Google Contacts will benefit my sales team by saving time, making it easier for us to get in touch with potential customers, and enabling us to create more effective marketing campaigns by tracking our interactions with leads in one central location on our computers and mobile devices.
