    In this section, we will show you how to integrate Paymo with Zoho Sheets.

    Integration of Paymo and Zoho Sheet

    Step 1. Create a spreadsheet in Zoho Sheets titled Paymo Invoice. In this spreadsheet, add cpumns for invoice number, invoice date, invoice period, invoice amount, invoice currency code, payment terms, invoice date due date, payment date due date, total due date due date, and notes. There should be a cpumn for each heading in the sample spreadsheet shown below:

    Step 2. Now click on the Invoicing tab in the left cpumn and select the Add Invoice option from dropdown menu. This will open up a new window where you need to provide inputs for Invoice No., Invoice Date, Period Name, Payment Terms Name, Total Due Date Due Date, Notes and Total Amount fields. You can find sample inputs in the screenshot below:

    Step 3. Now click on Save button and your invoice will get saved automatically in the Paymo Invoice spreadsheet. The next step is to send this invoice to Paymo and receive money from customers via Paymo Invoice service. For this purpose, click on Send Invoice option from dropdown menu under Invoicing tab in the side bar and enter customer name in the Add New Customer field as shown below:

    Step 4. Finally, click on Send Invoice button and your invoice will get sent to Paymo system where it will be processed and payments will be generated. The generated payments will be reflected in Zoho Sheet as well as Paymo Invoice spreadsheet as shown in the screenshot below:

    You can use these generated payments for your monthly budgeting and check whether you have generated enough revenue to meet your financial targets for the month. If you want to receive money without having to wait for 30 days, then use the Connected Billing feature of Paymo called Batch Processing where payments are generated immediately after they are due.
