In order to integrate Freshsales with Paymo, you will need a Zapier account. Register here if you don’t have it yet. Once you have your account, go to the “Make a zap” tab. There, you have to click on the “+This” tab, select Freshsales as your Trigger App and Paymo as your Action App. In the next step, you have to enter your Freshsales API key. You can find it in your Freshsales account page under Settings >> API keys. In the next step, you will enter your Paymo API key. You can find it in your Paymo account page under My Account >> Developer settings. The last step is to name your integration and click on “Create a zap!” button. Now, here is the tricky part. To create a successful integration, you have to do a bit of manual work. To make sure that your integration works properly, go to the Paymo account page under Settings >> Integrations >> Add an integration >> Zapier. There, you have to choose Freshsales as your Integration app. Then, click on “Add to Zapier” button. The integration is now ready to use! You can now create an automation between Freshsales and Paymo! Let’s see how… Go to your Zapier dashboard. There, you can see your new integration called “Freshsales & Paymo”. Click on it to continue. You will see three options available at the top of the window. You can use these options to build your automation. Let’s see what each option means… When you click on the first option called “New Assignment”, you will be taken to the next screen where you can choose “New Assignment (from Fplow-Up)” or “New Assignment (from Opportunity)” option. Choose the one who matches better to your sales process. When you choose either of these options you will be taken to the fplowing screen where you can choose which Freshsales action should trigger the Zapier automation (the next screen. Select whether you want to trigger the automation when there is no action or when there is an action from Freshsales based on the fplowing criteria. New Contact , New Activity , New Lead , New Opportunity or New Deal . It doesn’t matter which one you choose because all these options are related to Freshsales actions. After choosing which freshsales action you want to use as a trigger, you will be taken to another screen where you have to choose which Paymo task should be triggered by that Freshsales action. Select the task that best fits your needs, welcome email , welcome call , welcome meeting , welcome invoice , onboarding , weekly call , weekly email , postcard , text message or contact action . After choosing which task should be triggered by Freshsales action you are ready to create an automation inside the Zapier dashboard! Create an automation between Freshsales and Paymo!
