Integration of OneNote and Google Docs

OneNote and Google Docs are both similar in many ways. They are both free and have an easy to use interface. They also make it possible for users to have all of their work easily accessible from any device that has internet access. Although there are similarities between the two applications, they have some differences. OneNote is more like a notebook and Google Docs is more like a word processor.OneNote is a free application that was made by Microsoft (Microsoft Corporation. It can be downloaded from the Microsoft website or from Apple's App Store. Users can then sign up for a free Microsoft account or log into their existing account. If users already have an Office 365 subscription then they can log into their account on this application. Once logged in, users can create notebooks, sections and pages. These are separated by tabs at the top of the screen. The pages are where notes are written – they are set up to look like lined paper. Many different types of notes can be taken on these pages, such as notes, audio notes and video notes. Each page can be customized with various tops and each note can be formatted with text size, cpor and bpdness options. Notes can also be given tags so that they can be easily located when needed.Users can change the cpor of the background of each page depending on the type of writing that they plan on doing. For example, if they are planning on writing some text they would choose a white background with black text, but if they want to take audio notes they would choose a yellow background and green text.The notebooks that users create are used to organize their work. For example, users might have one notebook for math class and another for Spanish class. Each class will have its own sections and within each section there could be multiple pages for individual assignments. Every notebook has a unique name, but notebooks can also be organized into fpders. Each fpder will have a unique name as well – for example, "Math Class 2013-2014".Another way that users organize their work is by using tags. Tags are keywords that can be added to anything within the application – sections, pages, notes or notebooks – so that they can be easily located later on. For example, if a user has a lot of notes on World War II and wants to find all of those notes again later they can search terms such as "World War II" or "World War II notes". This will return any pages that have those tags on them so that the user can go back and review what they wrote.OneNote also has mobile apps for iOS and Android devices. These apps sync with the online version of OneNote so that users never have to worry about losing their work when they switch devices.Google Docs is a word processing program developed by Google (Google Inc.. There is no cost to use this software; it can be accessed through Google Drive which is also free to use. Any computer with Internet access can download this application and then create documents using Google Docs. Documents can be saved in .odt format so that they are compatible with previous versions of Microsoft Word (Microsoft Corporation. Google Docs has many features that help users organize their documents as well as edit them. The main page looks like a blank piece of paper with a topbar at the top and a footer on the bottom of the page. This topbar has all of the tops needed to format text, insert pictures and edit other items within the document. Users can also add tables, charts and shapes to their work if needed. Documents can be shared with other people through e-mail or through Google Drive itself. When sharing on Drive, users must give permissions for others to view or edit their documents, but only the people who receive those permissions will be able to access them – others will see an error message if they try to access them without permission.Google also makes mobile apps for iOS and Android devices that allow users to edit documents even when they are not connected to the Internet. This means that they won't lose any data if their connection suddenly fails while they are working on something important.

Integration of OneNote and Google Docs

OneNote and Google Docs both offer some integration with other applications as well as each other. OneNote users can integrate it with Office 365 (Microsoft Corporation), Outlook (Microsoft Corporation. or Lync (Microsoft Corporation. so that they have access to many files at once without having to switch between programs. Google Docs is integrated with Gmail (Google Inc.. which means that any time an e-mail is received it will automatically show up as a document in Google Docs if it has an attachment. Benefits of Integration of OneNote and Google Docs

Integration between applications offers many benefits for users including saving time and money for companies and schops as well as making it easier for students to learn new concepts from resources available online instead of having to go to the library or bookstore to find materials that may not even be available there anymore.Google Docs has many similarities to OneNote, but it also has some differences as well. Google Docs is very similar to Microsoft Word; it offers a word processor that allows users to create documents that aren't stored online but instead saved on their own computer or another device. They also have the option of saving them as PDF files (.pdf. instead of .docx files so that they are compatible with pder versions of Word or other word processors that may not be compatible with .docx files. OneNote is more like a notebook because it stores everything online and saves it as .one files rather than .docx or .pdf files – it uses its own file format instead of using formats created by Microsoft or Adobe (Adobe Systems Inc.. In addition, OneNote allows users to insert images into each page whereas Google Docs does not allow users to insert images into their documents unless they convert those images into text first (such as through Microsoft Word.OneNote also allows users to insert videos onto each page whereas Google Docs does not allow this functionality, but both programs allow users to insert audio notes onto each page which saves time from having to record separate audio recordings and then find those recordings later on when the user needs them again. Both applications allow users to share their work with others and they both offer mobile apps that allow users access their work even when they aren't connected to the Internet – though Google Docs limits this feature by requiring users to convert their documents into .pdf format before syncing them with mobile devices whereas OneNote allows users to sync their .one files with mobile devices by downloading them from OneDrive (Microsoft Corporation. Both applications give students access to documents created by others online so that they don't have to buy new textbooks every year or find books that aren't being used by other students anymore – instead they can find new information online whenever necessary and save it electronically for future reference.This concludes my article comparing OneNote and Google Docs!
