Currently, I am in a very technical field that requires me to have a very organized environment in which to store my notes. However, carrying around a computer has proven to be cumbersome as I am frequently on the move. This is where OneNote and Dropbox comes into play.I decided to integrate them into my daily life and to see how much it could benefit me.
Integrating OneNote and Dropbox was quite simple and I was able to use them together with little effort. While using OneNote, I was able to create a section called "Dropbox" and in this section, I was able to input everything I wanted to keep within my Dropbox fpder. This made it easy for me to keep my files organized and in one place instead of having numerous fpders on my computer. The integration of OneNote and Dropbox made it very easy for me to access all of my files whenever I needed them because both programs are always accessible through the internet. OneNote also made it easier for me to find certain files that I may have lost otherwise. For instance, if I had a file stored on my desktop on my computer, sometimes I would forget where I saved it and I kept having to search for it over and over again. With OneNote, whenever I save a file, a link appears on my desktop that takes me directly to the file so that I can access it immediately rather than searching for it over and over again.
Overall, I think integrating OneNote and Dropbox together provides many benefits and can be useful for anyone who wants to be organized and needs quick, easy access to their files.
