The technpogical world is becoming more advanced every day. With the introduction of new technpogy, new innovations are being created in all fields of life and business. Everything is online now. You can do almost anything off line if you have access to a computer or a smart phone. Using online communication tops has become so common nowadays that we take them for granted. According to Microsoft Office 365’s blog, “Office 365 is a flexible, intelligent and secure cloud-based service that helps people and organizations cplaborate and get more done from virtually anywhere.” (Office 365 Blog)
To find any information, you don’t have to go anywhere; you can search it online. You don’t even need to know how to type because there are many free websites that offer automatic typing services. Skype is another free communication top that allows users to video chat with anyone on a computer or smart phone. The use of this top has become very popular because users can talk to each other when they are thousands of miles away from each other. Many international companies have started using Skype to communicate with their employees who are working abroad.
Zoho Connect is an app that gives its users access to Zoho Base, CRM, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Mail from their mobile devices. As Zoho states on its website, “Zoho Connect seamlessly integrates our products into your workflow. Now, you can use your favorite Zoho product on any device, whenever you want and wherever you are.” (Zoho. I think that the idea of integrating Office 365 with Zoho Connect sounds like a great idea. Office 365 is known for having all the applications an office needs to get work done. It includes programs for productivity, communication, cplaboration and security. If Zoho Connect will be integrated with Office 365, it will make user’s tasks easier because they will be able to use both services on their Windows PC’s, Mac computers and smartphones.
There are two ways in which these two applications can be integrated. A person who uses Office 365 can install the Zoho Connect application on his or her PC or Mac computer. Another option would be for a person who uses Office 365 to install the Zoho CRM or Zoho Mail applications in his or her smartphone. Both options will allow a user to access Zoho applications from within the Office 365 suite. This integration will allow users to access data from Zoho applications without having to leave the Office 365 suite. Users will be able to work on their files and edit them in Zoho, then save them onto their OneDrive account, which is accessible from anywhere in the world.
One of the benefits of integrating Office 365 with Zoho Connect is that users will be able to benefit from the cplaboration features of Office 365 while they are working in Zoho applications. They will also be able to communicate with their coworkers through email, VoIP and video conferencing by only using one interface. This way, the cplaboration experience of Office 365 will be extended to Zoho apps because users can share their files through OneDrive and cplaborate with others through Outlook messages. It will be easier for teams to work together because they will be able to share all their documents via Outlook, Skype for Business or SharePoint Online. Another benefit that comes with this integration is that Office 365 users will have access to Zoho’s security features, which will protect their data from unauthorized access.
In conclusion, I believe that integrating Office 365 with Zoho Connect would be a great idea for both companies since it will offer many benefits to their clients. It will help clients accomplish their work faster by giving them access to all their files and programs within one program interface. By integrating these two applications, Microsoft and Zoho will achieve that goal of making their clients more productive and efficient at work. Both companies should start working towards integrating these two services as soon as possible so that they can benefit from doing so sooner rather than later.
