  • Go back to Gmail and open any contact card. Click "More" at the bottom of the screen and select "Import/Export".
  • Select "Export to CSV" and choose where to save the file.
  • Open your Microsoft Outlook and navigate to "File" -> "Open & Export" -> "Import/Export".
  • On the left panel, select "Import from another program or file".
  • Choose "Comma separated values (.csv)" as the file type and click "Next".
  • Click "Browse" and choose your saved CSV file. Click "Open".

  • Check all the contacts you want to import and click "Finish". The contacts should be imported successfully into Outlook contacts fpder.
  • To sync your Google Contacts with Office 365, go to your Office 365 account settings and click on "Outlook" in the left pane, then sign in with your Microsoft account (email address.
