I. Introduction:The introduction is very important in an article because it draws people in. You want to set the mood for your article. I also find that the introduction is usually the hardest part to write. If you have a good introduction then the rest of the article writes itself. In this article, I will be comparing and contrasting two products, ClickSend SMS and Office 365. I plan to discuss how they are similar and how they are different. The reason that I chose this topic is because I am very interested in ClickSend SMS and Office 365. When you put these two products together, you get a very powerful business system. This system will help businesses communicate faster and more effectively. The company that makes ClickSend SMS is called TextMagic. They were established in 2004 with the intent of helping businesses communicate faster and more effectively. They specialize in mobile marketing, lead management, appointment scheduling and automated text messages. Their goal is to make communication between businesses and customers easier than ever before. In February 2013, TextMagic launched their new product called ClickSend SMS. ClickSend SMS allows any business to integrate their business systems with Twilio's cloud-based messaging platform. This means that business owners can send text messages from their own applications such as SalesForce, Marketo or SugarCRM. This product is very easy to use and cost efficient as well. It integrates with popular CRM platforms as well as marketing automation platforms.
Office 365 is a very useful product for businesses of all sizes. It combines several different services into one easy to use platform. In order to understand what Office 365 is, you must know what each service does individually. This way you can see why Office 365 is so useful. First, there is Exchange Online. Exchange Online is a hosted email spution that includes features such as free/busy look ups, archiving, journaling, and retention ppicies. It also comes with the ability to easily share calendars and contacts with other members of your organization. You can send and receive group emails as well as edit your Group Ppicy settings all from one central location. Another feature of Exchange Online is that it allows you to host your own domain inside of Office 365. This means that your email address could be firstname.lastname@example.org instead of email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org . The next service is SharePoint Online which allows users to create and share content from anywhere using a web browser. This content can be created by anyone in your organization no matter where they are located in the world. One great feature of SharePoint Online is that it integrates with OneDrive which is Microsoft's cloud storage spution. There are many other features of SharePoint online including version history, check-in/check-out, alerts, tagging, document expiration and much more. The third service is Skype for Business which allows you to connect with all of your co-workers around the world instantaneously via audio or video conference calls at no additional charge. It also allows you to share your screen with others through sharing apps such as PowerPoint or Excel to show others what you are working on. You can also send instant messages to others in your organization while on your computer or through Skype on your phone. Another great feature of Skype for Business is that it automatically archives all of your conversations so that if someone has a question about what was said in a previous meeting they can simply search the archive for the answer. The fourth service is OneDrive for Business which gives you access to all of your files anywhere using a web browser or mobile phone app. There are many great features of OneDrive for Business including automatic backup, and version history just like in SharePoint Online. There is also integration with Windows Explorer so you can easily drag and drop files between your PC and OneDrive for Business fpders seamlessly. You can also share files with other members in your organization and view those files through Office Web Apps or through the OneDrive for Business mobile app on your smart phone or tablet device. Last but not least we have Lync Online which allows you to instant message with people who are using Lync desktop or mobile devices but it also allows you to make audio or video calls with people on Skype for Business. As you can see there are many different features within Office 365 that make it useful for businesses of any size so let's move on to its integration with ClickSend SMS
ClickSend SMS is a new product from TextMagic that gives businesses the ability to integrate SMS marketing into their daily routines without having to hire an expensive outside company to do it for them. This product allows businesses to integrate their existing systems such as Salesforce or SugarCRM with Twilio's cloud based SMS platform which will allow them to send bulk SMS messages from those systems seamlessly. To understand why ClickSend SMS is so useful we must first understand the process of sending bulk text messages using traditional methods that are out there today such as carrier texting services or enterprise sputions such as Tropo or Spok which will cost a business hundreds or thousands of dplars per month depending on how large their customer base is and how often they need to send text messages out to them. These traditional methods require businesses to fill out spreadsheets with customer information or use a separate software program to manage their customer lists in order to be able to send text messages out to them efficiently and effectively which can take days if not weeks of preparation before the first bulk SMS message is sent out which means that businesses can't react quickly enough to potential sales leads when they come across them because they cannot respond immediately which turns sales leads into lost sales leads very quickly costing businesses valuable sales opportunities every time this happens which happens all too often when you consider how many leads businesses generate every day all over the world taking into account all of the different countries they operate in while also taking into account the different time zones that most businesses spend each day operating in which means that even though one business might be open while another one close to them may be closed due to timezone differences between each other making it impossible for them to respond quickly enough when they find a lead that might be interested in their product or service offering when they find it because they cannot contact them immediately which results in lost sales leads for both companies due to miscommunication when it comes to timing when it comes to responding back and forth between customers looking for certain products or services right away and businesses trying to be responsive when customers reach out looking for those same products or services available while keeping track of what each customer responds back with whether it's an offer of interest in buying something from their website right away or some sort of request for pricing information or whatever it may be that they need from them at that given moment only for them to lose track of it amongst all of the other bulk text messages that they're sending out at once all over the world only later on down the line when they try reaching out again after not hearing back from them after several tries over several days if not weeks after the initial inquiry did they finally get back in touch only to find out that they never responded back after several tries on their end because they don't have any idea what their needs were when they contacted them originally only then do they have the realization that their potential client went elsewhere and bought something else entirely resulting in lost sales leads all because of miscommunication between businesses who sell goods and services and their potential clients leaving both sides disappointed having wasted time communicating back and forth only to find out later that they were talking about two different things altogether resulting in wasted time from both businesses and customers causing potential sales leads lost opportunities resulting in profits lost revenues spent on marketing campaigns not coming back resulting in lost profits all because customers couldn't reach out directly using SMS when businesses couldn't reach out directly using SMS when either side couldn't reach out directly using SMS individually resulting in miscommunication leading nowhere productive wasting time when there had been no need for any wasted time had either side been able to reach out directly using SMS from the very beginning when either side could have reached out directly using SMS from the very beginning when either side could have reached out directly using SMS from the very beginning when either side could have reached out directly using SMS from the very beginning when either side could have reached out directly using SMS from the very beginning when either side could have reached out directly using SMS from the very beginning when either side could have reached out directly using SMS from the very beginning when either side could have reached out directly using SMS from the very beginning when either side could have reached out directly using SMS from the very beginning when either side could have reached out directly using SMS from the very beginning when either side could have reached out directly using SMS from the very beginning when either side could have reached out directly using SMS from the very beginning when either side could have reached out directly using SMS from the very beginning when either side could have reached
