StoryChief is a top designed around interviews that uses a variety of media formats to elicit stories from users. Most notably, StoryChief allows users to submit audio, video, text and photos through their mobile phones and computers. Stories are then stored in an online database for later retrieval by researchers. The system includes tops such as text-to-speech software that can read stories back to interviewees who are illiterate or have low literacy, ensuring that they understand what they have said and can hear how it sounds.
The objective of this project is to integrate Odoo and StoryChief in order to increase customer satisfaction of Odoo customers and raise awareness about StoryChief among Odoo users.
In order to be an effective top, StoryChief should be integrated into Odoo because it brings in new perspectives for analysis and helps in better performance management. In case of Odoo, integration means sharing data between them. This integration will ease the working process and help organizations benefit from both applications. By integrating these applications, it will be possible to take advantage of the new functionalities provided by StoryChief. With its easy-to-use interface, StoryChief makes it possible for anyone to record his/her story without knowing anything about the Internet or computers. Thus, StoryChief can be used in the context of Odoo projects such as customer satisfaction surveys. Users would be able to record their story using StoryChief and upload it directly into the Odoo CRM database so that it can be accessed. Also, by using StoryChief, Odoo users would be able to listen to other user’s stories and learn about their experiences with Odoo products. This would help them develop better understanding of customers’ needs and expectations.
A2. Integration of StoryChief into Odoo CRM
StoryChief can be integrated into Odoo by creating a new module that will save the report from StoryChief into Odoo CRM database. This module will contain several steps with different functions such as. receiving input from StoryChief, checking if file is an audio file, converting audio file into mp3 audio format, checking if user has permission to add content to certain node in Odoo CRM database and saving report into Odoo CRM database after recording is done.
